For my first recipe I will share with you what I made for breakfast today: Honey Butter Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough (DON'T buy the butter flavored ones)
- 4 TBSP of Butter (you can probably try less or can sub margarine if that is your preference)
- 1 TBSP of Honey
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon (I didn't use this but I WILL next time because it would be delicious)
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a thin layer of pam for baking on a cookie sheet.
- Soften the butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
- Mix the Butter and Honey (and Cinnamon)
- Open each triangle of crescent roll dough and spread a thin layer of the honey (cinnamon) butter on it, roll it up and place on cookie sheet. REPEAT for all 8 rolls. Be sure to leave space for the rolls to expand (as they do).
- Spread the remaining honey (cinnamon) butter over the top of the rolls.
- Bake the rolls in the oven for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
With this and ANY of my recipes, if you try them and would do something different let me know. That is something Dusty and I do anytime we (I) cook anything new. When we are eating we pose the question "What would you do different?" So feel free to share your input!

i always ask brandon to tell me what i could do differently to the recipes i make! i'm going to make these soon. :)
ReplyDeleteVery cool! I am always so inspired by your recipes that now I can share some with you! Though i am sure they will be much less frequent and exciting, lol.
